These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and redemption of Church Road eGift Cards ("Gift Card(s)") on our website, church-road.com and in Church Road Cellar Door. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Redemption of Gift Cards

• Gift Cards can be purchased at church-road.com or at Church Road Cellar Door operated by Vinarchy. Once purchased, you or a nominated recipient will receive an email with the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards are redeemable online for products hosted & purchasable at church-road.com or at Church Road Cellar Door operated by Vinarchy. Gift Cards can not be redeem at third party entities, even if located at Church Road Cellar Door (ie Cannot be used at Ortons at Church Road to purchase food).
• Any remaining balance on the Gift Card after a transaction will be retained on the card and can be used toward future purchases until the expiry date.

2. Expiry Date

• Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited, and the Gift Card will no longer be redeemable.

3. Purchasing Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are available for purchase on church-road.com or at the Church Road Cellar Door.
• Gift Cards are final sale items and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
• You must be over 18 in order to purchase a Gift Card.
  
  

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
• Gift Cards are excluded from any loyalty discounts or promotional discounts.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Gift Cards cannot be used at an ATM or to take cash out at a retailer.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

• Church Road and Vinarchy are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any balance on the card will be forfeited.

6. Balance Inquiry

• To check your Gift Card balance, please contact us at thecellardoor@churchroad.co.nz.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Church Road reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version of the Terms will be available on church-road.com.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
