AROMAS
On the nose, the wine exhibits quince, nectarine, pink grapefruit and elderflower, complimented by subtle oak bringing an underlying creaminess that supports the fruit and adds another layer of complexity.
BODY
On the palate the wine is medium weight and finely textured with exceptional textural length.
CELLARING
While drinking well now, this is a style of Sauvignon Blanc that can age gracefully for 10 years or more.
